Tucked away in the trees, The Cherry is a secluded haven amidst the Smokies. Don’t let its hidden charm fool you; this private treehouse boasts all the luxurious amenities you crave, from high-speed Wi-Fi and streaming services to a private screened-in porch with vast mountain views. Wake up to the noises of nature and greet the day with a steaming cup of coffee on the uncovered porch – the perfect spot for soul-stirring sunrise debriefs.
The Cherry’s layout is as charming as its setting. Inside, two plush queen beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa invite you to sink into comfort, while a fully equipped tiny-home kitchen and a full bathroom make this treehouse a tree-home. Then, ascend a ladder to the loft, where you’ll find another queen-sized bed.

Calling all adventure seekers and families! The Green Ash is one of our most spacious treehouses. Forget cramped cabins; this treetop haven boasts four bedrooms, two lofted like secret hideouts, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating 8-10 guests.
Beyond the sheer size, The Green Ash pampers you with luxurious amenities. Unwind in one of two full bathrooms, whip up feasts in the well-equipped tiny-home kitchen, and lose yourself in movies on streaming channels. Enjoy stunning views on the expansive deck or gather around the large table on the screened-in porch for unforgettable evenings in the Smokies.

The Mulberry
The Mulberry stands tall as the only dual-level masterpiece (so far!) at Treehouse Grove. It’s got an amazing porch with great views. Plus, inside, you’ll find all the modern conveniences you crave, from high-speed Wi-Fi and flatscreen TVs to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Mulberry sleeps up to 10 guests across two levels, offering ample space for families or groups of friends. The upper level features a cozy bedroom and a lofted bed, while the main level houses another bedroom, a sleeper sofa, and a second loft with a bed.

The Hickory

The Spruce
At the heart of our “Mountain View” treehouses stands The Spruce, a barrier-free masterpiece crafted by none other than the legendary “Treehouse Master,” Pete Nelson.
The Spruce’s main level is designed for seamless accessibility. Forget about stairs and worries; here, the magic can be reached on the main floor. Two plush queen bedrooms and a comfy leather sleeper sofa offer ample space for six lucky guests who need or prefer to stay on the main floor. For added convenience, two full bathrooms with extra space & extra support features ensure everyone stays fresh and happy.
But wait, there’s more! Climb the charming ladder to discover two secret lofts, each boasting a queen bed for dreamy hideouts for kids and adults alike; this treehouse sleeps 10 guests. Plus, an extra-large parking space right in front of the treehouse for easy access.

With space for 6-8 guests, Blackjack Oak is perfect for families, couples, or friend groups seeking a unique escape.
The real star of the show for the Blackjack Oak is its sleep-under-the-stars experience! One of the main-floor bedrooms features a garage door that opens onto a porch – perfect for those who want to embrace the feeling of camping, stargaze and feel the breeze at night!
