- Please be aware that due to potential freezing temperatures in January and February, there's a risk of frozen water pipes.
- Please take note that bears are in the area. We do provide bear safety tips upon arrival.
- As Of September 22, 2025, Sevier County Fire adjusted their laws so that we are no longer able to have private firepits on the decks of each treehouse, only community firepits steps away from your treehouse.

With a cozy, modern cabin feel, this dog-friendly, 1297 sq. ft. treehouse offers a home-like layout that sleeps 10 comfortably. The layout features two private queen bedrooms on the main floor alongside a living space brightened by plenty of windows, and 2 full bathrooms with walk-in, rainfall showers. For those seeking a higher perspective, a sturdy wooden ladder leads to two separate loft spaces, each featuring a cozy queen bed, though we recommend the main-floor rooms for guests with mobility concerns. To ensure your comfort in any season, both the loft and main floor are equipped with heating and air-conditioning, and we provide extra linens, towels, and pillows for your stay. Plus, there's Smart TVs with streaming capabilities and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, 4-function microwave, dual hot plate, and coffee maker. You will find everything you need for dining and prep, from dishware and cutlery to cooking utensils, a cutting board, a can opener, and a wine bottle opener.

Outside, you can enjoy a small, covered porch with screen walls, a ceiling fan, and a large dining table or an open-air porch. Both spaces are private and filled with outdoor seating options.

Reconnect and relax in the forest while enjoying the seclusion of your private treehouse alongside the perks of an exclusive resort. Guests have access to shared hot tubs, an outdoor pizza oven, picnic tables, firepits, and grills.

Access is easy with paved roads leading all the way to the cul-de-sac parking lot, located only steps from your door. You are perfectly situated just five minutes from The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and less than five miles from the Parkway.

Place was super nice, clean, and easy to access. It was definitely disappointing when I hadn’t bought olive oil for cooking when the listing had said that it was included in the stay, so when trying to cook breakfast I had to make an hour round trip just so me and my friends could eat, and when I asked them about it they told me I was on my own and didn’t offer to provide any even though it was their fault. Also, the microwave was difficult to use, and wouldn’t turn on for some time. Overall we had a great time! Perfect space for 6 people but I think any more than that it’d start to feel cramped.

Typical tree house not comfortable for a family of 10 people even tho we where 7 people we where uncomfortable, the air mattress are old, the rug needs to be changed the sofa bad needs to be change we weren’t able to use it because it was so uncomfortable, there is no washer or dryer, the dinning table can’t be used in winter because it was outside and there not heater, the kitchen is very uncomfortable for cooking way too small and it’s unsafe. Also it’s not a house for older or disability people because of the layout of the room and the stairs.

My mom, sister, nieces and I stayed in the Mulberry treehouse and had the most magical experience. Our favorite spot was the outdoor (but screened in!) dining room area. We enjoyed meals and played games and enjoyed the scenery. The treehouse is well-crafted and every inch of space is well-utilized. It was also exceptionally clean. We’ll definitely be back!
