I stayed here with my fiance and puppy over valentine’s weekend and we had an amazing time

I stayed here with my fiance and puppy over valentine’s weekend and we had an amazing time. One of the days we were there it rained all day but we didn’t even care, the treehouse community is so beautiful and peaceful.

It was great.Really no complaints beautiful property and cute buildings

Riley Fritz
Positive: I loved the atmosphere and minimalistic nature of the treehouse. It’s beautiful and staff was very helpful with any questions I had. I do have two issues that should probably be addressed asap. Negative: 1. There is a creek in the floor right in front of the dishwasher that should be addressed. It feels like there’s definitely some give in the base of the floor. Possibility of rotted/ deteriorating floor panels. If a heavy person comes along in the near future they could end up falling through. 2. The water heater does not stay hot for very long in the shower when it’s cold outside. It worked okay but after about 15 minutes the water turns cold. Less urgent but definitely makes a difference.

I don’t know where to begin with this review, as the experience was not a great one

I don’t know where to begin with this review, as the experience was not a great one. (As a longtime AirBnB guest and prior AirBnb Super Host these are my thoughts): First, understand the place is run by an Outside Management Company (OMC). Second, the OMC will require you to fill out additional forms outside of AirBnB. These forms are a full blown leasing document, covering every which way how you’ll be charged if “X” happens. I’m not kidding when I say it’s extremely long and probably warrants an attorney to overview prior to your stay. Third, the OMC requires you to pay them a security deposit outside of AirBnB (which will remove AirBnB’s ability to protect and advocate on your behalf to the host). Unsafe. Fourth, they are extremely slow to respond to messages. Fifth, there is no cell signal, which makes WiFi important…Unfortunately they only offer an open network, which is unsafe to use, making you vulnerable for cyber attacks and identity theft. Sixth, parking is terrible!

Had an amazing time here, took my girlfriend to stay here in Gatlinburg and left with her as my fiancée. This place will definitely be memorable to the both of us for the rest of our lives.

Charming tree house in a quiet neighborhood

Vino Babu Kannapiran
Charming tree house in a quiet neighborhood . A bit of a steep road to get there with the snow on the ground but the relevant steep sections were ploughed . We had a small issue of frozen shower drain that couldn’t be fixed right away but the host was very responsive and tried their best to fix it . But ended up getting a partial refund for the trouble . Note there are bunch of other tree houses nearby so you are not totally secluded . Nevertheless a unique experience staying at the tree house . Definitely recommend.
