- We do not allow RVs, campers or trailers on-site
- Please be aware that due to potential freezing temperatures in January and February, there's a risk of frozen water pipes.
- Outdoor shower is seasonal: available from May-mid-October (winterized during colder months)
- Please take note that bears are in the area. We do provide bear safety tips upon arrival.
- As Of September 22, 2025, Sevier County Fire adjusted their laws so that we are no longer able to have private firepits on the decks of each treehouse, only community firepits steps away from your treehouse.

With a cozy, modern cabin feel, this dog-friendly, 895 sq. ft. treehouse offers a home-like layout that sleeps 6 comfortably. The main floor features a queen bedroom, a living space brightened by plenty of windows, and a full bathroom with a walk-in, rainfall shower. For additional sleeping, you can use the sleeper sofa or access a cozy queen bed in the loft via a sturdy wooden ladder, though we recommend the main-floor queen for those with mobility concerns. To ensure your comfort in any season, both the loft and main floor are equipped with heating and air-conditioning, and we provide extra linens, towels, and pillows for your stay. Plus, there's Smart TVs with streaming capabilities and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, 4-function microwave, dual hot plate, and coffee maker. You will find everything you need for dining and prep, from dishware and cutlery to cooking utensils, a cutting board, a can opener, and a wine bottle opener.

Outside, you can enjoy a covered porch with screen walls, a ceiling fan, and a large dining table or 2 open-air porches – 1 with an outdoor shower among scenic mountain views! All spaces are private and filled with outdoor seating options.

Reconnect and relax in the forest while enjoying the seclusion of your private treehouse alongside the perks of an exclusive resort. Guests have access to shared hot tubs, an outdoor pizza oven, picnic tables, firepits, and grills.

Access is easy with paved roads leading all the way to the cul-de-sac parking lot, located only steps from your door. You are perfectly situated just five minutes from The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and less than five miles from the Parkway.

We loved our stay, beautiful surroundings! Everything was close by. The treehouse was beautiful, pretty clean and had enough amenities! I will say the treehouse is on the smaller size so if you want to be a bit more comfortable, I would book a bigger one with Treehouse Grove. Host was very responsive as well.

This little treehouse was perfectly perfect for my getaway weekend! It was just me and my doggo and it was so blissfully peaceful. A few thunderstorms blew through and it rained the whole weekend but we just stayed in and napped whenever we wanted to! Pictures in the listing are spot on. It is in a beautiful area about halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This treehouse is in the topmost grove and the road is paved the whole way. I drive a VW Beetle and had no issues. We will definitely be adding this place to our “We gotta go here again!” list! Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay but I was not a fan of the parking situation

I enjoyed my stay but I was not a fan of the parking situation. We had a large utility van parked directly in front of our cabin and when I emailed asking if this could be moved I was told there is not set parking. So my aunt and I had to park in front of another cabin and walk to ours. My main complaint is the hot tub. It appears that the cabin has a private hot tub on the deck but it’s actually out in the parking lot and shared 😵‍💫.

What a great place, how can you not love a treehouse. Inside was cozy and spotless. Fire pit outside came in handy. Right in-between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so it's easy to get to either one. This is definitely on the list of places to come back to
