About this Treehouse Pod:
On the main level of the treehouse pod, you will find a coffee station including a mini-fridge, coffee machine, eco-friendly utensils & dishware! You can find 2 bedrooms, one accessed via a ladder to a loft, with queen beds. In addition, you have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Within your treehouse pod, there are tons of windows so you can enjoy the scenic views of the Smoky Mountains! You’ll also have access to a large platform deck with a covered dining area fit with 8 chairs – perfect for dining outside!
This treehouse pod has access to all your favorite amenities. When you venture outside, you can enjoy the shared hot tubs, outdoor dining space, community fire pit, shared firepit on your deck, and, of course, the gorgeous views. Inside, you’ll have Wi-Fi, TVs with streaming, a coffee station with eco-friendly dishware, and a mini-fridge. Plus, take a 5-minute drive to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park or a 15-minute ride to downtown Gatlinburg!
Upon arrival, you’ll have access to the community parking spots right out front. You’ll access your treehouse via a straight pathway to the platform deck, then ascend a small staircase to your private pod; identifying marks can be found on the treehouse pod above the doorway. On the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed. You’ll also see your coffee station, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, ladder to loft, and door to the main-floor bedroom. Located above, there is a loft accessed by a ladder and fit with a queen bed. On the shared platform, you’ll have access to a shared firepit and chairs. You’ll also have access to the shared, covered dining porch.
A Few Items to Note Before Booking:
You will be sharing the platform, firepits, chairs, covered dining porch, and resort amenities with other guests. If you prefer to have a more private stay, we suggest looking into booking “The Mulberry;” with that, you’ll claim both pods who share your platform. However, you will still be sharing access to resort amenities such as hot tubs, grills, and firepits. We do offer more secluded, private treehouses aside from “The Mulberry,” as well. Please view our other listings – we'd love to host you!
- This room is NOT pet-friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend, please book the entire treehouse; you can find this listing as “The Mulberry.”
- Please note that bears are in the area. We do provide bear safety tips upon arrival.
- Treehouse Pods are adults only. If you have children with you, please book an entire treehouse.
- The shared dining porch is first-come, first-serve with your platform mates. Please be kind and courteous by limiting your time to 1 hour.
- Quiet hours: Quiet After Dark – Please be thoughtful of your treehouse pod neighbors.
- This treehouse pod has keypad entry using a code provided via email before your stay. While this allows for no-contact entry, feel free to stop by our souvenir shop and visit with us and get some fan gear!
- Please be aware that due to potential freezing temperatures in January and February, there's a risk of frozen water pipes.
